Medical Coding Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Coding Associate to accurately translate medical diagnoses, procedures, and healthcare services into standardized codes.

• Review and analyze medical records and documents for accurate coding.
• Assign appropriate ICD, CPT, and HCPCS codes to ensure compliance with industry guidelines.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, such as Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Nursing, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, or equivalent medical/paramedical background.
• Familiarity with human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is essential.
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and data entry skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Certified Coders (CPC/CCA/CCS) are preferred but not mandatory for freshers. We encourage recent graduates and individuals looking to transition into a rewarding career in medical coding to apply.
