Corporate Banking Manager Role

The Corporate Banking Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the bank's corporate banking business forward by providing strategic leadership and direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement market strategies in collaboration with the India Country CEO and respective Products Teams to drive business growth.
  • Oversee the performance metrics of the total Corporate Portfolio and lead initiatives to enhance business performance.
  • Manage credit and operating risks effectively while ensuring efficient balance sheet management.
  • Maintain a diversified loan portfolio with high credit standards and promote strong working relations with key business leaders and forums.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in credit analysis, marketing, and balance sheet management.
  • Strategic planning, consensus building, and conflict resolution skills to motivate and retain staff.
  • Complete knowledge of the bank's credit policy and operating systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and team-playing skills.
