The role of a data scientist involves designing and developing large language model (LLM) solutions. This includes conceptualizing, implementing, and deploying robust and scalable applications that leverage LLMs.
Key responsibilities also include advanced prompt engineering, where complex prompts and prompt chains are developed, tested, and refined to steer model behavior, ensure accuracy, and optimize for performance and cost. Additionally, AI agents and orchestration involve building and deploying autonomous agents and multi-step workflows using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in data science or applied machine learning, with a strong track record of delivering production-ready models. They should also possess practical experience with at least one major LLM application framework and a solid understanding of core machine learning concepts and the fundamentals of how LLMs work.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in data science or applied machine learning with a strong track record of delivering production-ready models.
- Practical experience with at least one major LLM application framework (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
- Solid understanding of core machine learning concepts and the fundamentals of how LLMs work.
- Strong proficiency in Python and common data science libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
