Program Management Office Analyst

The Program Management Office (PMO) plays a vital role in supporting global teams. This involves collaborating with senior leadership to define requirements for measuring project portfolio progress and success.

Key responsibilities include determining data collection methods, facilitating project data collection, analyzing data quality and timeliness, and presenting management information to track business performance.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up projects in reporting systems
  • Configuring releases in Jira to facilitate data collection from project teams
  • Bulk uploading data into Jira, including client tests
  • Providing support and issue resolution in Smartsheet, Jira, and Hub Planner
  • Running scheduled reports and analysis processes, distributing results to relevant audiences
  • Maintaining project delivery data, tracking key milestones, and facilitating regular updates from project managers
  • Updating the resource plan, ensuring alignment with HR staff numbers and project allocations

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management or a related field
  • Experience working with Jira for reporting and portfolio management purposes
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools
  • Proven ability to build successful relationships across multiple locations and team disciplines
