Cyber Security Leadership Role

As a Cyber Security Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Network and Enterprise Cyber Security delivery. This includes ensuring customer needs are met, resource planning, staffing needs, cost estimation, budget development and control, implementing strategies to improve service delivery, career development, succession management and employee retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations, overseeing a team of 350+ professionals.
  • Develop, implement and continuously improve the Cyber Security strategy in alignment with organizational goals and requirements.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of Cyber Security services.
  • Drive operational excellence, monitor and analyze performance metrics for effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance Cyber Security delivery.
  • Continually monitor market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with other leads and the global Cyber Security team to share best practices and ensure consistency across locations.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering continuous learning and improvement, and cultivating diversity and inclusivity.
  • Support creation and updates of career pathways to increase organization skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, policies, and incorporate ESG principles into service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Several years of IT experience, preferably in network or cyber security, with significant leadership or management experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Network and ECS industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage performance, and develop talent.
  • Client Relationship Management: Experience managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering high-quality service.
  • Operational Excellence: Knowledge of operational best practices in ECS, including process improvement, quality management, and performance metrics.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, effectively communicating with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Experience managing change, including new processes, systems, or strategies, leading teams through change.
  • Cultural Awareness: Understanding and respecting cultural differences is crucial in a global environment.
