Job Title: ServiceNow GRC Developer Lead

Description:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow GRC Developer to lead the implementation of our Integrated Risk Management solutions. As a seasoned developer, you will design, develop, and implement Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, and Vendor Risk modules on the ServiceNow platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions, including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, and Vendor Risk.
  • Lead and drive development using JavaScript-based server and client-side scripting on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Build and manage workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and project managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Customize GRC dashboards, notifications, and reporting features tailored to business use cases.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers and admins on the team.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and maintain best practices for secure and scalable development.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with 3+ years in GRC/IRM modules.
  • Deep hands-on experience in Integrated Risk Management, especially Policy & Compliance, Risk, and Audit Management.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and custom scripting in ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of integration techniques using REST/SOAP, MID Servers, and third-party systems.
  • Solid grasp of ITIL, risk frameworks, and GRC/IRM best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
