Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled merchandiser to join our organization in Panipat.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, assisting in sales and marketing operations, and supporting merchandising activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with buyers for product presentations, feedback, and order finalization.
  • Support sales and marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Maintain strong client communication and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Assist in developing marketing materials, presentations, and samples.
  • Work with internal teams to manage product development timelines and order execution.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities for strategic inputs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Marketing and Selling Skills:

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
  • Excellent selling skills with ability to negotiate and close deals

Communication and Interpersonal Abilities:

  • Effective communication skills with ability to interact with clients, colleagues, and management
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships

Computer Proficiency:

  • Proficient in MS Office, Email, and other relevant software

Time Management and Organization:

  • Ability to handle multiple client accounts and timelines efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • MBA in Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field

Work Experience:

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in merchandising or marketing roles
