About the Job

We are seeking a Senior Blockchain Architect to lead our team of talented engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality on-chain and off-chain software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable blockchain solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Lead code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
  • Document technical designs, APIs, and user guides in a clear and developer-friendly manner.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across on-chain and off-chain components.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Rust programming language with excellent development experience in its ecosystem.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in blockchain development, with at least 2+ years of experience in Solana blockchain.
  • Strong understanding of various Token Standards (fungible, non-fungible, etc.) and ability to guide the development team in implementing them.
  • Hands-on experience building fullstack Solana Web3 applications, from smart contracts to frontend dApps.
  • Proficiency in writing, testing, and deploying Solana smart contracts.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex blockchain concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
