Job Title: Senior Application Architect

The role of a Senior Application Architect is pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation of applications. This involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing application solutions, and guaranteeing that the applications align with business needs and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently perform as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Active participation/contribution in team discussions
  • Provide solutions to work-related problems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for application design
  • Design and develop applications that meet business process and application requirements
  • Ensure alignment with business needs and processes
  • Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and quality
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
  • Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices
  • Experience in designing and developing applications using ServiceNow platform
  • Knowledge of IT service management processes and frameworks
  • Experience with agile development methodologies

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with ITIL framework
  • Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) module
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting and customization
  • Knowledge of IT asset management and configuration management
  • Experience with ServiceNow reporting and analytics
