Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Content Writer to join our team. As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Your primary focus will be on writing and editing SEO-optimized content, including blog posts, product pages, category descriptions, landing pages, FAQs, and promotional copy. You will work closely with our SEO specialists, designers, and marketing teams to ensure that your content aligns with our overall SEO and marketing strategies.

To achieve this, you will conduct keyword research using tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest to identify high-traffic, relevant keywords for content. You will also optimize existing content for SEO to improve rankings, engagement metrics (CTR, time on site, bounce rate), and overall site performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SEO-Optimized Content Creation: Write and edit SEO-optimized content, including blog posts, product pages, category descriptions, landing pages, FAQs, and promotional copy.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research using tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest to identify high-traffic, relevant keywords for content.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with SEO specialists, designers, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with overall SEO and marketing strategies.
  • Content Optimization: Optimize existing content for SEO to improve rankings, engagement metrics (CTR, time on site, bounce rate), and overall site performance.
  • On-Page SEO Implementation: Implement best practices for on-page SEO, including optimizing metadata, heading structures, internal linking, and keyword placement within content.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as an SEO content writer, copywriter, or in a similar role (portfolio required).
  • Exceptional Writing Skills: Excellent written English, with impeccable grammar, spelling, and attention to detail, especially for a UK-based audience.
  • SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO principles, particularly on-page SEO.
  • Audience & Brand Voice Understanding: Ability to write for different audiences and industries while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
