Job Opportunity:

The Area Head will be responsible for setting up a state-of-the-art Livelihood Skilling center for Youth in the defined geographical area.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create an innovative outreach plan to engage youth in the community and encourage them to enroll at the center.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure quality training delivery by trainers, employer networking, center administration, and overall team coordination.
  3. Prepare quarterly budgets for center activities and execute plans to ensure economic viability and institutional feasibility.
  4. Mobilize local employers as panel partners to provide continuous job opportunities to the aspirants.
  5. Lead counselling sessions for Youth to identify their aspirations and expectations and complete the enrolment process.
  6. Execute training activities at the center as per the training calendar.
  7. Monitor the training activities of the center to ensure quality training to youth.
  8. Collect feedback from aspirants on a periodical basis to improve quality of training and center upkeep.
  9. Ensure pre and post-assessment process for aspirants to provide them with right job opportunities.
  10. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local employers to ensure consistent job placements.
  11. Review the performance of trainers and Center associates (CAs) and give constructive feedback for their performance improvement.
  12. Capacity building of CAs to ensure the smooth functioning of the center.
  13. Provide ongoing support to placed trainees and track their progress post-placement.
  14. Ensure all relevant information like youth enrollment, fee collection, placements is updated in the IT platform by the CA.
  15. Maintain brand consistency and uphold the standards of the center as per the guidelines from HO.
  16. Participate in the hiring and selection process of CAs & Trainers.
