At K.R. Mangalam University, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Coordinator – Game Design and Animation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our B.Des. Game Design & Animation program, ensuring its continued success and growth.

In this capacity, you will develop and teach core courses in game design, animation, and interactive programming, as well as mentor students in game development projects and industry-linked internships.

You will also be responsible for integrating programming modules (game logic, interactivity, AI) into course content, leading collaborations with industry and supporting faculty development.

Additionally, you will organize game jams, showcases, and co-curricular industry events, fostering a vibrant community of game designers and animators.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong academic and professional expertise in game development, animation, and interactive media, as well as demonstrated proficiency in both visual storytelling and technical skills including programming.

Key qualifications include a Master's degree in Game Design, Animation, Computer Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant academic or industry experience.

A strong portfolio of game/interactive projects and/or published work is essential, as is excellent communication and team leadership skills.
