Strategic Investment Analyst Role
Location: Remote with flexible working hours in US time zone.
Industry: Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Angel Investing.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in investment research and financial modeling.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated investment professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in investment research, financial modeling, and due diligence within the VC/PE/IB ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry deep-dives on startups and private companies.
- Build and maintain financial models to support investment decisions.
- Prepare investment memos, pitch decks, and reports for internal committees.
- Track portfolio company performance, KPIs, and prepare monitoring dashboards.
- Assist with due diligence (financial, operational, and market).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA / CFA preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
- Excellent research, writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote setting.
