Accountants play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and stability of an organization.

About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial operations, including tax compliance, financial reporting, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tax Compliance: Ensure timely filing of tax returns, manage statutory compliance, and maintain accurate records.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Budgeting: Develop and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and identify areas for cost savings.

Requirements:

  • CA (Inter) or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance.
  • Technical proficiency with Busy accounting software and working knowledge of tax return software like CompuTax.
  • In-depth experience with GST, TDS, ROC, and multi-state Professional Tax compliance.

What You'll Do

  1. Manage and monitor professional tax obligations in multiple states (Karnataka, Telangana, Maharashtra, West Bengal, etc.).
  2. Maintain accurate books using Busy accounting software; prepare and file returns using CompuTax or similar tax filing software.
  3. Oversee accounting for multiple branches and locations, ensuring tight control and consistency.
  4. Handle all aspects of e-commerce accounting (order reconciliation, payout tracking, GST nuances, returns, etc.).
  5. Create and manage advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and reconciliations.
  6. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams to keep processes streamlined and fully compliant.
  7. Vendor and Customer reconciliation.
