Job Title: IT Governance Leader

Capital Numbers seeks a seasoned IT governance expert to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive governance frameworks, ensuring seamless integration with industry-standard COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 20000 practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Governance Framework Development: Design, implement, and manage IT governance frameworks, aligning with COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 20000 standards.
  • Policy and Procedure Management: Develop, monitor, and enforce IT policies and procedures, guaranteeing compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Oversee policy development, compliance tracking, and IT service management continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Risk Assessment and Compliance: Coordinate IT risk assessments, audit readiness activities, and regulatory reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, auditors, and regulators to ensure IT processes support organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 20000 frameworks, as well as strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. They should be able to develop and execute comprehensive governance strategies, leveraging best practices to drive business value.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in IT Governance, ITSM, Compliance, or Risk Management roles.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 20000 frameworks.
  • Proven track record of policy development, audit readiness, and governance program execution.
  • Relevant certifications such as COBIT, ITIL Expert, ISO 20000, CISA, or CGEIT are highly desirable.
