Job Title:

Financial Manager


Job Description:

The role of Financial Manager is a key appointment in the build out of our finance function. You will report directly to the Finance Controller and to the Head of financial control based in London.

Responsibilities include ensuring the financial integrity and accuracy of the global accounting ledgers, as well as mentoring, supervising, coaching, and managing the finance team in Chennai.


Requirements:

  • Part-qualified Chartered Accountant from a recognised professional body (e.g. CA India, ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA)
  • Proven experience in managing the month-end accounting process and leading or supervising a team.
  • Cloud-based accounting systems such as Xero and Zoho
  • Exposure to UK GAAP and IND AS

  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong commitment to accuracy and high-quality output
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and time zones
  • Technical Proficiency in financial software and systems
