Job Opportunity: Internal Control Specialist

The position involves independent on-site internal control reviews and effective risk management strategies across all functional areas, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with more than 8 years of experience in internal audit / accounting audit / internal control roles, preferably in a Big 4 environment. The ideal candidate should have outstanding knowledge on US GAAP and Indian Accounting standards, as well as excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

This role requires:

  • Conducting independent reviews and implementing risk management strategies.
  • Facilitating statutory reporting requirements.
  • Reviewing company policies and procedures.
  • Supporting location management teams for Operational & Financial audits.

The successful candidate will be adaptable, able to work with ambiguity, and possess a strong work ethic with a track record of taking on additional responsibility.

Key responsibilities include conducting on-site reviews, implementing risk management strategies, facilitating reporting requirements, reviewing company policies, and supporting location management teams. A strong understanding of US GAAP and Indian Accounting standards is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required.
