- Lead global teams in software, hardware, and mechanical product development standardization and reuse
- Develop and maintain engineering change management, configuration management, and engineering risk management activities
- Identify opportunities for synergy and quantify benefits

Your responsibilities as a Senior Automotive Technology Development Lead will include:
- Leading the work of global team members on software, hardware, and mechanical product teams standardization and reuse through Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC)
- Liaising with customers on technical topics and presenting at customer meetings
- Maintaining engineering targets (quality, delivery timing, performance, product BOM Costs, etc.) for product deliverables
- Directing the efforts of the product team in the development and production release of engineering deliverables
- Assessing and planning ED activities and determining DV readiness
To be successful as a Senior Automotive Technology Development Lead, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Computer Engineering / Systems Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams in software, hardware, and mechanical product development
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of automotive technologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
