We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our scrap metal trading efforts. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in sourcing, negotiating and closing deals in the scrap metal industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing: Identify and source high-quality scrap metal from various suppliers including industrial manufacturers, demolition companies and recycling facilities.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with suppliers and buyers to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market trends, pricing fluctuations and regulatory changes affecting the scrap metal industry to inform decision-making and strategy.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in scrap metal trading with a strong network of industry contacts.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients and suppliers.
