BeGig is a leading freelance tech talent platform that connects companies with top-tier freelancers and fractional experts. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to drive this momentum.

The Role:
We are seeking someone with 4-6 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent operations who can own the end-to-end freelancer matching and onboarding process. This role sits at the core of BeGigs operations, enabling successful talent matches and smooth hiring processes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate tech freelancer profiles to match with client hiring needs
- Communicate with candidates to assess fit, intent, and readiness
- Coordinate interviews between freelancers and client hiring managers
- Conduct 1:1 onboarding and profile activation calls for new freelancers
- Work closely with business and product teams to improve talent experience

Requirements:
- Experience in technical recruitment or hiring for tech roles
- Strong communication & relationship management skills
- Understanding of hiring metrics and operational excellence
- Ability to juggle multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in startup or talent marketplace environments is a plus

Metrics You Will Own:
- Profile activation rate
