We are seeking a Wireless Network Infrastructure Expert to join our Wi-Fi engineering team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing next-generation carrier-grade wireless access points that power cutting-edge, high-bandwidth applications and services.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop advanced Wi-Fi features for Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 standards.
  • Lead the design and development of embedded software for high-performance Wi-Fi APs.
  • Collaborate with chip vendors, integrating firmware and SDKs into system architecture.
  • Optimize and enhance performance within RTOS and Linux kernel environments.
  • Mentor and build a high-performing technical team, fostering innovation and excellence.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, driving next-gen wireless connectivity solutions.

About You

We're looking for someone with a B.Tech/M.Tech in Networking, Wireless, or related fields, and at least 15 years of experience in embedded software development. A deep understanding of Wi-Fi AP products and Wi-Fi standards is essential. You should have hands-on experience in architecture, design, and development of carrier-grade Wi-Fi.

A strong background in firmware, SDK integration, and high-level system architecture is also required. You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and push technological boundaries. Strong mentorship skills with a passion for team building and innovation are a must.
