- Growth Experiments: Develop and execute strategies to drive growth through cold outreach, partnerships, content distribution, and creative campaigns.
- Data-Driven Hustling: Track metrics, analyze performance, and pivot quickly to double down on what works.
- Content & Marketing Support: Create engaging content (emails, posts, one-pagers, case studies) to win attention and trust.
- Community Building: Engage with online communities, forums, and social channels to raise awareness about our company.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with founders, product, and marketing teams to turn growth insights into product enhancements and campaigns.
- You are a self-starter who loves solving problems with creativity and persistence.
- You are resourceful and outcome-oriented, able to get things done without waiting for perfect conditions.
- You are curious about AI, SaaS, and marketing tech, and eager to learn fast.
- You are comfortable wearing multiple hats, switching between outreach, data analysis, and copywriting.
- You are a strong communicator, both written and verbal.
- You are obsessed with growth, experiments, and seeing results.
- 1-3 years of experience in a growth function.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing basics (funnels, conversion, paid/organic growth levers).
- Analytical mindset - comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and making sense of data.
- Willingness to hustle - cold emailing, prospecting, knocking on digital doors.
