Vessel Operations Expert

The Marine Operations Specialist oversees daily fleet operations, coordinates with various departments, ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and assists in voyage scheduling and execution.
- Responsibilities include monitoring vessels under time charter to ensure compliance with charter party terms and conditions.
- Cargo documents are collected from vessels at every load/discharge port.
- Vessel performance is evaluated and analyzed using charterers' performance format.
- Freight invoices and demurrage claims are prepared as per charter party, and timely payment is followed up on.
- Deck and engine logs are sent to charterers within stipulated time.
- Timely invoices for charter hire, freight, bunkers, and demurrage are raised to charterers or brokers.
- The Vessel Operation Superintendent is assisted in day-to-day work for smooth vessel operation.
- Agents' PDA and FDA are selected, appointed, and approved.
Requirements:
- A full-time and permanent position is available.
- Fresher candidates with B.E Mechanical Graduation can apply.
