Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP B1 finance professional to fill a key role in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and extensive experience with SAP B1 implementation.

About the Role

  • SAP B1 Implementation & Optimization
    • Lead end-to-end SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
    • Configure modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory) – Align technical specifications to business requirements and customize workflows to optimize performance.
  • Techno-Functional Leadership
    • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
    • Translate business needs into functional specifications and oversee their technical implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Process Improvement & Automation
    • Analyze processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated Systems to identify opportunities for streamlining and implement best practices.
  • System Integrations
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, warehouse management), ensuring smooth data exchange and minimal disruptions.
  • Ownership & Mentorship
    • Lead small teams or external vendors in project execution, setting realistic timelines and quality benchmarks.
    • Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to junior team members on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices, promoting skills development and expertise.
  • Troubleshooting, Support & Documentation
    • Oversee debugging and root-cause analysis for SAP B1 issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing downtime.
    • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs for system users, enhancing user experience and reducing support queries.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 to 4 years' experience, with at least 1 to 2 complete SAP-B1 implementation cycles preferably in manufacturing or trading.
