As Chief Integration Officer at GSI Electronics Inc, you will oversee the strategic planning, development, and execution of technology integration initiatives across the organization.

\

This role requires a seasoned IT professional with 10+ years of relevant experience, proven track record in senior leadership roles, and expertise in integration technologies and platforms such as APIs, ESB, SOA, and microservices.

\

You will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of systems and processes, and driving API, integration strategy, deployment, consolidation, and support operations.

\

The ideal candidate will have experience working with cloud integration platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, SAP), strong knowledge of database systems and middleware technologies, and excellent leadership and team management skills.

\

You will also have the opportunity to develop and implement IT strategies that align with organizational goals, work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and provide expert guidance on integration technologies, tools, and best practices.

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including health care and wellness plans, flexible and virtual work options, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of integration projects, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.\
  • Ensure that integration solutions are scalable, robust, and secure.\
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.\
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.\
  • Provide expert guidance on integration technologies, tools, and best practices.\
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve integration strategies.\
  • Evaluate and select appropriate integration platforms and tools.\
  • Manage the overall project resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.\
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular status updates and addressing any issues, risks or concerns.\
  • Develop and deliver executive-level reports and presentations on project and portfolio performance.\
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.\
  • Develop our offshore teams, making sure we all succeed.\
  • Lead, Mentor the SAP PI, BTP, Mulesoft and legacy technology integration teams.\
  • Cross functional leadership in working with EA/Architecture and define the roadmaps and deployment activities for overall integration platform.\
  • Demonstrate a keen understanding of IT costs and financials.\
  • Energizing & Engaging Teams – Team Building & Facilitation.\
  • Results / delivery focus - know how to drive these - promote focus over multi-tasking.\

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.\
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience.\
  • Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role.\
  • Deep understanding of integration technologies and platforms such as APIs, ESB, SOA, and microservices.\
  • Experience with cloud integration platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, SAP).\
  • Strong knowledge of database systems and middleware technologies.\
  • Experience with IT legal solutions and data privacy regulations.\
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.\
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.\
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.\
