Business Intelligence Specialist Job Description:

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and develop business intelligence reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Qlikview, Tableau, SQL, Excel, and Microsoft Access.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred.
  • 5+ years of programming experience.
  • Strong Qlikview, Tableau, SQL, Excel, and Microsoft Access skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Clear and concise written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work and promote change within the department and across networks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • AWS (Amazon Web services) experience.
  • Microsoft SharePoint skills and experience.
  • SAS experience.
  • Excel Power Query & Power BI experience.
