Job Description

This role involves being responsible for pricing, discount changes based on sales achievements, and maintaining margins. A minimum 2-year background in ecommerce sales and experience in uploading discounts and planning pricing on marketplaces like Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio is required.

Main responsibilities include:

1. Develop Channel and Category Level Pricing Strategies

In tandem with supply plans, optimize inputs based on inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.

2. Ensure Daily Topline and Trade Margin

At all channels, focusing on achieving set targets.

3. Analyze Sales Data and Predict Future Demand

By understanding trends, seasonality, and competition, ensuring revenue growth is sustained.

4. Adjust Pricing for Optimal CTRs and Conversions

Basis visibility funnel, focusing on driving sales and revenue growth.

5. Collaborate with Channel Partners

Weekly cadence to review actual vs plan along with key account managers, ensuring alignment and goals are met.

6. Plan and Execute Discounting Strategies

During events, for best sell-throughs and margin delivery, ensuring maximum returns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must have a strong background in ecommerce sales and experience in uploading discounts and planning pricing on marketplaces like Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio.
