About the Role

As a seasoned Cloud-Native .NET Lead professional, you will design and implement robust backend services and APIs while leveraging AI development tools to enhance productivity.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for scalable microservices and RESTful APIs under the guidance of senior architects.

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality .NET applications using C# and .NET frameworks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in peer code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve code quality.
  • Troubleshoot and debug existing applications for performance and scalability issues.
  • Ensure application security and data protection through best practices.
  • Work closely with DevOps teams to support continuous integration and deployment processes.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

The Ideal Candidate

Should have 8–12 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies.

Proven experience in developing enterprise-level applications using .NET Core and .NET Framework is essential.

Experience in front-end technologies like Angular or React is a plus.

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns is necessary.

Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is required.

Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is preferred.
