About the Opportunity

Are you a seasoned sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in high-ticket or consultative sales and are fluent in English and Hindi?

This role is perfect for someone who is CRM-savvy, coachable, empathetic, and numbers-driven. As a full-time Closers, you will be responsible for running sales calls for premium coaching, agency, SaaS, and career-launch offers.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Run 4–6 qualified Zoom calls daily (≈ 100–120 / month)
  • Maintain a 10–15 %+ live close rate
  • Revive old leads and self-book additional calls if desired
  • Keep CRM notes and follow-ups sharp
  • Join daily huddles, training sessions, and coaching reviews
">

Compensation Structure:

">
  • Base draw: ₹20 - ₹25 K / month
  • Commission: 7–10 % on collected cash + bonuses for pay-in-full deals and outbound wins
  • No income cap—the more you close, the more you earn
">

Earning Potential:

">
  • Close 10 deals in a month and take home about ₹1 lakh (₹ 25k base + ≈₹ 75k commission).
  • Close 20 deals in a month and take home about ₹2 lakh (₹ 25k base + ≈₹1.75 lakh commission).

Work Arrangements:
