Job Summary:

Digital Commerce Manager

We seek a seasoned Digital Commerce Manager to oversee the growth and scaling of our direct-to-consumer business via our website and social commerce channels. This role requires expertise in managing P&L, driving business expansion, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across all digital touchpoints.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Owning and scaling the D2C business, experimenting with new models, collaborating with agencies and internal stakeholders, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Managing P&L for D2C and social commerce channels, optimizing marketing spends, and improving return on investment.
  • Leading website strategy to ensure world-class UX/UI, fast checkout, and personalized journeys for customers.
  • Building and scaling social commerce initiatives across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Designing content-led commerce campaigns that leverage brand storytelling to drive sales.

Key Deliverables:

  • Achieving D2C revenue targets and delivering profitable unit economics.
  • Growing social commerce revenue contribution to overall digital P&L.
  • Driving double-digit YoY growth in D2C transactions and customer acquisition.
  • Building a best-in-class website experience optimized for conversions.
  • Launching data-backed personalization strategies to increase retention and repeat purchases.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in P&L management and scaling D2C businesses.
  • Expertise in website commerce platforms and performance marketing tools.
  • Strong analytics capabilities with GA4, Tag Manager, and heat-mapping tools.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SEO, SEM, GEO, and social commerce ecosystems.
