Job Summary:

BIM Design Lead

We are seeking a skilled BIM design lead to support our team in delivering high-quality building information modeling services.

  1. Create and manage BIM families, ensuring accuracy and consistency across projects.
  2. Develop and implement BIM strategies to enhance project efficiency and productivity.
  3. Collaborate with technical leaders and project engineers to integrate BIM into the tendering process.
  4. Lead collision control services using Navisworks and ensure effective collaboration within the BIM environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate BIM documentation, meeting customer requirements.
  • Complete BIM modeling up to LOD 400 or higher, adhering to industry standards.
  • Evaluate and resolve conflicts between multiple trade files, ensuring seamless integration.
