Senior Product Quality Specialist

Established and respected companies seek experienced Quality Engineers to safeguard product quality and guarantee customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all processes and outputs meet stringent internal and international specifications. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspection of products
- Managing and resolving customer complaints through root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Maintaining and controlling all quality documentation, including inspection reports, test certificates, and quality records
- Playing a key role in implementing, maintaining, and auditing ISO 9001 and other relevant management systems
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering
- 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in a quality assurance role within a manufacturing/fabrication environment
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and experience in internal audits
- Experience in handling customer complaints
- Proficiency in using various measuring and inspection instruments
Successful candidates will have excellent communication and documentation skills and be familiar with international standards like ASME, DIN, or VDI.
