**Job Description**

We seek an experienced Business Development Manager to drive our growth initiatives in the Indian market.

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across current and prospective markets, fostering strategic partnerships and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Manage procurement and sales of plastic resins, including PP, PE, PET, and PVC, ensuring seamless supply chain operations and meeting customer demands.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences and tradeshows, promoting our brand and products to key stakeholders.
  • Nurture relationships with resin producers, driving mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to oversee logistics, inventory management, and cargo allocations, optimizing efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Conduct market research, analyzing trends and competitor activity to inform pricing strategies and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to engage potential customers, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
**Requirements**
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in trading polymers in India and international markets.
  • In-depth understanding of the polymer market in India.
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally for business purposes.
  • Strong knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations.
**Essential Skills**

**Qualifications**
