Standard Cell Characterization Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Standard Cell Characterization Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design, with expertise in standard cell library development, characterization, and verification. In this challenging role, you will work closely with our layout team to define floor plans and guidelines for schematics, as well as review layouts to ensure optimal designs.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing combinatorial, power management, and sequential circuits, running equivalence verification using tools like ESPCV, and verifying functionality, performance, and power of developed circuits. The selected candidate will also be responsible for characterizing and generating views of libraries with custom PVT corners, modeling new and existing cells to support industry-wide tools, and maintaining accurate documentation of work, design flows, and reports.

Additionally, you will automate manual tasks to reduce time and effort, and work with standard EDA tools such as RC-extraction, SPICE simulators, and schematic/layout editors. Experience working with views like lef, NLDM, CCS, .LIB is essential.
