Job Overview

A Chartered Accountant is required to manage and oversee the financial activities of a hospitality organization. The role includes budgeting, forecasting, financial auditing, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will prepare financial reports, conduct financial analysis, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. They will also manage accounts receivable, liaise with external auditors, and maintain accurate financial statements.

The successful candidate will act as a bridge between unit-level finance teams and corporate leadership, ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory adherence, and business-driven insights.

  • Consolidate monthly and annual accounts across all hotels and F&B outlets.
  • Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and dashboards for management.
  • Manage statutory, tax, and internal audits specific to the hospitality industry.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor cash flows, working capital, and treasury management at group level.
  • Support annual budgeting and reforecasting for each hotel unit.
  • Standardize accounting processes and internal controls across properties.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Provide actionable insights on cost management, revenue streams, and profitability improvement.
