About the Role:This position requires a high degree of organizational skill and attention to detail to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Support company incorporation, licensing, and regulatory filings by preparing and managing documentation for registrations, approvals, and legal compliance.
- Track application status and coordinate with government authorities for processing.
- Provide guidance to clients on statutory obligations and documentation related to company setup.
- Ensure timely filing of returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
- Assist in preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
- Maintain financial records and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients on compliance and financial matters.
- Graduate or Post-Graduate from a commerce background.
- Basic knowledge of GST filing, TDS, and the Companies Act, 2013.
- Familiarity with accounting practices and compliance procedures is preferred.
