**Job Overview**
As a skilled paid advertising professional, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns deliver high return on investment (ROI) and align with client goals.
">- Develop and manage complex paid advertising campaigns to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad copies and extensions that drive click-through rates (CTRs) and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Provide detailed reports and insights to clients, highlighting wins, learnings, and action plans.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest platform features and industry trends.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2–4 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of search, display, shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and conversion tracking setups.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven track record of scaling e-commerce and high-ticket campaigns.
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and reporting dashboards.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Preferred Skills
The following skills are highly desirable:
- Google Ads and Analytics Certification.
- Experience in remarketing funnels and dynamic product ads.
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO strategies.
