Job Title: Senior Content Optimization Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Content Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our content optimization team, you will be responsible for driving engagement and revenue growth through data-driven content optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement content optimization strategies to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and overall user experience.
  • Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize content performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including editorial, marketing, and product teams, to align content strategies with business goals.
  • Ensure all uploaded content is properly tagged, categorized, and optimized for search engines and user experience.
  • Monitor website performance and troubleshoot any content-related issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in content management with a strong focus on optimizing CTR strategies.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve CTR.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in crafting engaging and impactful content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content management or a similar role, with hands-on experience managing CTR.
  • Must hold a graduate degree.
