About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Consultant to join our team at ChatDMC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing the B2B travel industry by connecting travel agents with top-tier Destination Management Companies (DMCs) worldwide.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with travel agents to understand their requirements and providing tailored solutions using the ChatDMC platform, guiding agents on utilizing the platform's features, building and maintaining strong relationships with travel agents and DMCs, and providing real-time assistance via chat and other communication tools.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, proficiency in using digital tools and platforms, and a customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
