Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Materials: Design engaging social media, campaign, newsletter, and website content.
  • Creative Content Development: Create presentations, classroom resources, event branding for students, teachers, and parents.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency while adapting designs to varied audiences.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with program and marketing teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
  • Experimentation: Try new formats including motion graphics, infographics, video edits, and event merchandise.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects with timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools.
  • Conceptual Thinking: Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling ability through visuals.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt design style for different audiences (students, parents, educators).
  • Startup Environment: Comfortable working in a startup environment with agility and ownership.
