Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our communications department, you will be responsible for designing and developing visual content that supports our mission of promoting sustainable urban mobility and community engagement.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling visual concepts and designs for all print and digital media, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

  • Create infographics, presentations, and other visual assets that communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

  • Design materials for large-scale public campaigns and events, including posters, banners, social media graphics, and event signage.

  • Transform research data and reports into visually engaging and easy-to-understand infographics and charts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on social impact or urban development.

  • Proven experience in creating successful visual campaigns for diverse audiences.

  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and other relevant tools.

  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Fluency in Hindi and English is a must.
