We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Document Specialist to support our US-based staffing, background verification, and related business processes. This role is fully remote and requires working night shifts aligned with US hours.

About the Role:

The Compliance Document Specialist will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and responding to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and other compliance-related documentation in clear, professional language. This includes collaborating with recruiters, HR, compliance, and legal teams to gather required documents and supporting evidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and finalize RFE responses ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of RFE responses.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US staffing, immigration, and background verification requirements.
  • Track and manage deadlines to meet submission timelines.
  • Ensure confidentiality and data security while handling sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred in English, Communications, Business, or related field).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Prior experience in RFE writing, staffing documentation, or compliance writing is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online collaboration tools.
