Job Description\

As a Software Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and services to our clients. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of critical business systems and resolving any technical glitches that may arise.

\Roles & Responsibilities:\
  • \
  • Provide primary support for designated applications/modules.\
  • Take on advanced issues and complex tasks related to system configuration, testing, and administration.\
  • Provide ongoing system support and maintenance based on a support roster.\
  • Respond promptly to system issues and requests.\
  • Conduct investigations, assessments, and evaluations to deliver solutions and fixes.\
  • Handle Service Requests/Change Requests/New Builds.\
  • Perform system monitoring and execute required actions or SOPs.\
  • Support regular/periodic system patch/maintenance/verification.\
  • Participate in planned system upgrades, cutover to production, and post-cutover support/stabilization.\
  • Ensure compliance with audit and security requirements.\
  • Overlap with client business hours as needed.\
  • Comply with Compliance requirements.\
  • Professional and Technical Skills:\

    • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.\
    • Additional Information:\
      • \
      • Minimum 3 years of experience in EPIC Systems.\
      • Work from office is mandatory for all working days.\
      • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.\
      • A 15-year full-time education is required.\
