About this role:

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of SAP BTP applications and integrations.

This individual will work closely with stakeholders to drive delivery, quality, and excellence in our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines, allocate resources, and track progress
  • Design and implement SAP BTP apps and integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems
  • Develop integration patterns and ensure secure, compliant solutions
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance
  • Maintain accurate documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recommend best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python) and development tools
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, SAPUI5, and SAP Fiori
  • Experience with SAP HANA and database modeling
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • SAP certification in relevant areas is a plus
  • Proven leadership experience with ability to drive multiple initiatives
  • Business process knowledge in SAP/Non-SAP ERP functional areas
  • Experience in consulting and estimating effort for new applications or extensions of existing ones
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global team
  • Pro-active attitude and flexibility regarding tasks and process improvements
