Job Opportunity: AI Specialist

AI is a rapidly evolving technology that presents numerous opportunities for innovation and growth. As an AI specialist, you will have the chance to develop and deploy new AI products from scratch, working with cutting-edge technologies and tools.

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a team of experts in charting the company's AI strategy and defining problems to be solved using AI. You will work closely with product managers and business stakeholders to understand the potential and limitations of AI when planning new products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage AI development and production infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with AI product managers and business stakeholders to understand AI capabilities and limitations.
  • Build data ingest and data transformation infrastructure.
  • Identify transfer learning opportunities and new training datasets.
  • Develop AI models from scratch and communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Deploy AI models into production.
  • Design APIs to integrate AI model outputs with business operations.
  • Stay current with latest AI research relevant to the business domain.

Requirements:

  • At least 12 years of hands-on programming experience working on enterprise products.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in multiple programming languages, with a strong foundation in a statistical platform such as Python, R, SAS, or MatLab.
  • Experience building AI models in platforms like Keras, TensorFlow, or Theano.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning about AI through personal initiatives, courses, books, or side projects.
