Senior Marketing Manager Role

This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a skilled professional to optimize marketing campaigns and drive business growth. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

About the Job
The Senior Manager of Marketing Optimization will be responsible for building quarterly testing plans, providing support and guidance on campaign optimization, and collaborating with research teams to develop new messaging and creative research. This role will involve analyzing test results, producing readouts, and presenting findings to senior leadership.

Responsibilities
- Partner with campaign managers, research teams, product teams, and external agencies to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Support campaign managers in setting up valid tests to improve campaign performance through campaign positioning, messaging, offer presentment, targeting, creative, etc.
- Execute agile testing across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and direct mail tactics with a focus on personalization.
- Analyze test results and produce readouts for campaign managers and partner teams.
- Present executive readouts to senior leadership and across the organization on testing plans and results.
- Maintain a repository of past test results and research to provide insights and support for business and product marketing teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
- Experience using statistical analysis to understand marketing performance.
- Experience building measurable campaign test plans.
- Experience working efficiently and meeting deadlines in a cross-functional team-based environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Comfort with making inferences from data and ability to analyze test results and derive implications beyond said test.
