We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our business development and project documentation processes.

Job Requirements:
  • Business Research & Analysis
    • Conduct market research on potential clients, ongoing/upcoming architectural projects, government tenders, and competitors.
    • Identify and track RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and other bidding opportunities from public and private sectors.
    • Prepare client profiles, project briefs, and analysis reports to assist the Business Development team.
    • Coordinate with online tendering portals and procurement platforms.
  • Documentation Management
    • Maintain and organize all documentation related to architectural projects (drawings, contracts, approvals, correspondences).
    • Track project progress documentation including timelines, deliverables, and revisions.
    • Ensure timely filing and secure storage of physical and digital documents as per protocol.
    • Update and maintain document control logs.
  • MIS & Reporting
    • Prepare regular MIS reports for project status, submissions, document tracking, and business leads.
    • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other marketing documents.
    • Support audit requirements by ensuring proper document trails.
  • Coordination
    • Liaise with internal design and project teams to collect required documentation.

This role involves conducting strategic research to identify new business opportunities, maintaining and organizing all project-related documentation, and preparing MIS reports for internal review and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. They will also be proficient in using various software applications and tools for data management and reporting.
