IT Asset Management Developer

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled IT Asset Management developer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in ServiceNow ITSM and ITAM development, with a strong understanding of automation capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ServiceNow ITAM solutions, leveraging expertise in HAM Pro Implementation and CMDB best practices.
  • Maintain and enhance existing ITAM modules, ensuring seamless integration with other ServiceNow components.
  • Analyze business requirements and design efficient workflows to automate ITAM processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ITAM solutions that meet customer needs.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM and ITAM development.
  • Expertise in HAM Pro Implementation and strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies).
  • Experience with ServiceNow REST/SOAP API integrations and hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Catalog.
  • Strong understanding of CMDB and Asset Management best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
