We are seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to contribute to landmark infrastructure projects in India.

As an Architectural Drafter, you will translate conceptual sketches and architectural specifications into meticulous, construction-ready drawings using advanced CAD software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate conceptual sketches and architectural specifications into precise, actionable plans.
  • Apply knowledge of building codes and regulations to ensure designs are compliant, safe, and of the highest standard.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate structural, electrical, and mechanical (MEP) plans into a cohesive design.
  • Assist in material selection, quantity take-offs, and cost estimations to support project planning and procurement.
  • Solve complex design issues to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as an Architectural Drafter, with a strong portfolio in building/infrastructure projects.
  • Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, with experience in Revit or other BIM software a significant plus.
  • Deep understanding of building design, construction materials, technical specifications, and Indian building codes.
  • Keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Associate's degree, Diploma, or certification in Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
