About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist - Social Media and Content Expert to join our team. As a key member of our social media and content department, you will lead the development and execution of innovative social media campaigns while managing high-quality content production.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent, on-brand posting and engagement.
  • Monitor trends, audience behaviors, and platform updates to keep strategies fresh and impactful.
  • Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and posts to build community and brand loyalty.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance optimization.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Plan, create, and oversee the production of high-quality, engaging content tailored to specific platforms and target audiences.
  • Write, edit, and optimize content for blogs, social media, and email campaigns with a focus on SEO.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other creatives to produce compelling visuals and videos.
  • Repurpose content across platforms to maximize its reach and impact.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze performance metrics for social media and content initiatives, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and ROI.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports for internal teams and clients.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social to optimize content strategies.

Qualifications:

To be successful as a Digital Marketing Strategist - Social Media and Content Expert, you should have:

  • 4+ years of experience in social media management and content creation, ideally in a digital marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of managing U.S. clients and delivering measurable results.
  • Hands-on experience running paid social media campaigns with platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads.
